Rebuilt Engine Top to Bottom
Heads are shaved ~.020 and has 3 angle valve job
Stage 3 Schneider Race cams
I believe that I put 9:1 compression pistons in.
She has Jet coated headers, y pipe, factory rear muffler.
240SX throttle body
EGR removed
Most all coolant and vacuum lines are new from Nissan. I think the only one I didn’t change was the vacuum line to the brake booster. Nissan couldn’t get it.
All new prothane polyurethane bushings swap including the sub frame bushings
New motor and transmission mounts
New high pressure power steering hose
New inner and outer tie rod ends, boots and mounting bushings
New control arm ball joints
New Clutch master and slave cylinder
16” Electric fan
Custom Filter and Thermostat bracket
K&N air and oil filters
SS Brake lines
SS Clutch line
Vented, cross drilled, slotted rotors
Nissan factory brake pads
Tokico Shocks, Struts and springs
Factory Nissan spark plug wires
The whole front end of the car has been taken apart and cleaned, undercoated and/or primed and painted. I mean all of it from the suspension to the chassis.
The AC is all in the car and the compressor clutch works, but the dash switch does not work. I have nit traced out the issue yet.
The tires are ~50% tread on the front and ~25% on the rear.
I have concentrated on making this car perform well and dependable. The cosmetics are the next thing to be fixed. If you can give some attention to the body work, paint and do some interior work, this is the car for you.
