She is a 78 280Z:

She has MazdaMiata Black Seats, Brown interior, in good condition only has minor tear in head liner (2 inches). The carpwt over the spare tire has a small whole.

215/60/14 upfront/ 225/60/14 in the rear with 1k miles on the tires.

MSA lower springs, dropped about 2"

MSA ground effects kit.

New Clutch with about 1500 miles

The body is good but will need to be painted.

You will need to replace the drivers door it has some damaged to the very bottom..

The motor runs great, she atarts first time everytime. I have NGK plugs, 8mm wires, I have also removed all the smog. 21/2 exhaust from the manifold to the muffler, which is a Flowmaster witha 4" tip.

She runs and drives great, I am just starting to prep her for paint.

If i dont sell her I really dont care. i love this car and could just as easily hold onto it and give to one of my boys in 8 years.

I see where your thread title has in it "thinking". Don't do it dude!! That car is too nice and trust me, it's too tough to find nice ones these days. Hang onto it and save it for your son.

I'm in the same boat with my 84 anny mustang (want to sell it but don't want to sell it). My wife is pressuring me to sell it because of the money I'm dumping into building my 70 240. I've advertised it a few times and had some offers, but have never followed up on them because I don't really care if I sell it or not.

Just giving you a shot of "don't sell" confidence.

Thanks, that is what I am going to do. I found 5 donor cars to pick the parts I need to make her pretty again.

I'm looking for quite a bit for the 70. Let me know if you have any extra stuff you'd want to sell. Working on the body now, so I'm looking for a decent grill, front bottom pan (need the center and pc corner that holds the blinker - I have a good ds corner) or Spoiler and the ps light bezel. Also a bunch of smallish parts f/ in and out..
