FS: Bulk 240Z parts

http://scranton.craigslist.org/pts/5011110236.html

Above is my craigslist ad with some of the larger things. There are boxes of stuff literally.
Update: PICS taken...all on my phone. See my last post and contact me directly.

I recently lost my job and need to sell off the excess parts I have for my Z. There are ALOT....and you will need a truck or large can to move everything I have.
Looking for a quick sell to get some bills paid off.
What I have ranges from an L24 from a '73, 4-speed manual trans, rear differential. All stock and unmodified. Engine turns over by hand and has been sitting for several months.
I literally have boxes and boxes of used and unused parts...trim...doors...tons of electrical parts misc body parts...literally too much to list. Everything is in storage currently in my garage.

Looking for $800 for the entire collection. Price is slightly negotiable right now. I really just need to sell it and pay off bills until I can get back on my feet.
Contact me directly. 570-878-0092. My name is Mike.
There are literally too many individual parts to take pictures of. Serious inquiries please. Cash only. Again...my loss here will be someone else's gain.
Thank you.
-Mike

Sorry you're going thru a tough time. But selling parts unseen is not a good way.

I gotta recommend Ebay and Craigslist for your sale. All you need to do is get to storage, open the boxes and spread the parts out on a sheet of something that makes them easy to identify. Multiple fotos better if the parts are clear. Go through the fotos and give a running list of the names of the parts. Will take you maybe an hour total. Guys will expect you to say whether all the parts are 'good.' Come up with a price you would accept for the whole lot and expect to bargain a bit.

Sell as "Assorted Nissan '73Z Parts" or whatever - for local pickup. Ebay is not a problem. Craigs attracts all the loonies on the planet so get used to bogus offers and attempted ripoffs there. Your Z parts are really hard to find in the open market and the right ad will definitely sell them. Good fotos are critical tho.

I appreciate that. Maybe I'll have to take a few days to get everything together and do that...see if all the pics will be ok to fit on here. I'm sure I'll get the "part it out and you'll make more" comments but if I had more time I would consider that route.

Sounds good. I think you'd get a bigger audience with more bucks to spend on the other sites. Sounds like a lot of parts which would be good for a Z parts specialist. We have a few good ones here but they would have contacted you by now if they could make the buy. But pics and a list will make a big diff.

Sorry for the delay...pics are uploading to my computer now. They should be up sometime tomorrow by mid-afternoon.
Again...if anyone has questions before that about what I have you can text me directly. I'd like to move all this stuff asap to get through this next month of bills.

Well apparently I am not able to upload pics due to the URL and my computer not being compliant with this. I tried to just add them directly from my desktop folder and nothing is working. So if anyone has any idea how to add them please let me know. I'd like to get them all up here and hopefully sell soon because I need everything gone ASAP.

Parts need gone asap!! I'll go through what I know I have. There's a lot, ALOT, more that goes with everything:
L24 motor stock, 72 carbs, motor turns over by hand and is complete.
4-speed trans
Stock rear diff
OEM dash, a few cracks with gauges and wiring
2 sets of doors, fair condition one set, good the other.
Complete wiring set
Brake rotors
Set of headlights and tail lights and buckets
Steering column with wheel(non-oem wheel)
Set of older 80' Enkei Comp wheels w/tired(tires hold air but need replaced)
Another set of OEM gauges
Various interior trim
Set of OEM front and rear bumpers(70-72 style)
Replica BRE wing(black, needs touch up)
Oem front grill(black)
I know I'm missing boxes of stuff...this is just what I know off memory right now. I plan to dig into all this and get pics on my cell so that I can send them to anyone interested in everything.
Just what I mentioned alone I feel is worth what I'm asking plus boxes and totes of other various parts that I can't remember right now.
Again...$800 takes everything. Really need this all gone. I'd love to be able to post up pics but I have 54 pics on my computer and can't upload anything to the site...so I will try to text or email pics to those interested. Lost my job and need to move this because I was going to use what I have to build a 2nd 240Z for dirt track racing. Hope they go to someone who can make use of them.

Since I have some time this weekend I will be pulling all the parts out and taking pics of what I have for sale. Again, everything is sold together as of now. I know I can make a lot more money selling individually over time but time is something I unfortunately do not have right now. I'll try to give as best a description as possible and try to let the photos show what they can as well. Until then, if anyone is interested and wants to come see everything you are more than welcome. I have the parts in storage and covered.
Anyone interested or knows someone who may need something I might consider selling individually because honestly any money I can make right now will really help out.
Contact me directly at the number in my 1st post and we can go from there.
-Mike

Not sure what the upload problem is there... only way I know to upload is...

To post photos, sign in, click on this thread, click Post Reply, click on that little paper clip to the right of the smiley face at the top of the text space, locate your photos (You get to browse your whole computer for them, find one, click on it, it loads to the right of the browse button you just clicked), click Upload, click Close Window, click Submit Reply, you’re done.

I try to keep photos under 800-900 pixels wide. Seems to work better.

I tried that but it was asking for a URL instead of just letting me post pics like Every other site I've seen or been a part of. Right now I'm in the middle of getting everything together to get some quality pics to put up. That's why I was saying its just be easier for me to send then via text if anyone was interested. At least until I can put them here in post #1.

Ok guys here's the deal. I brought almost everything out of storage and took pictures. Iys still not letting me upload anything. I'm really stressed at this point so I have everything on my phone. BEST way to see everything is message .a directly.

(570)878-0092

I'll more than be glad to send you everthing I have. I need everything gone like yesterday. Please help a fellow Z enthusiast out because next step after this is trying to sell my Z....and I do NOT want that to happen.

-Mike

I've had several inquiries from yesterday into today. First person to show up with cash gets everything.

Again, looking for $800 for everything but slightly negotiable on that. Pictures from the other day are all on my cell phone and I'll gladly send them to seriously interested parties.
