I'd like the ECU from it

 

Can't do that with an '83. The ECU is very specific. The numbers on the computer have to match the one from your car exactly. Not like an older zx, can't just grab a computer from another car of the same year and plug it in. I cannot stress that enough. One of the little known things about the '83. I learned the hard way. If your car needs a new computer either send it out and have it rebuilt, or good luck...
