Exclamation **MINT** '71 240Z dash!. you saw it here first!

Ok guys and gals.. I found gold!!..... well sorta.

I've come across a early build date '71 Z, with a MINT dash!!
as you know, its a tiny bit different than my '72 piece ( lighter hole is different/wrong) Therefore I thought I might entertain offers.

NO cracks, and due to a massive buildup of Pine needles for over a decade, its not even faded!
If your doing a resto.. this is the one you want. I wish it was correct for my car. Man,.. do I ever wish it was!

I'll sell, with or without gauges. (prefer without)and I'm happy to ship anywhere in N.America. (Grey-Mutt or OOPs. I mean UPS..lol)
(I think oversea's would be cost prohibitive.. but who knows. this dash is Perfect!!)

I would also consider selling the car complete. for about the same $$.. maybe. I have already removed the (mint) bumpers for my car, everything else except the seats are there. Yes, it runs. Yes, it has papers.. YES it IS rusty... very rusty.
pics to come very soon.
I am in western Canada, so guess your shipping accordingly

What am I bid?........

Red face

I need to find a URL to post these pics. then I can link 'em to here.
I'm not very good at the pic upload thing.. but I'll work on it.
(my "gallery" here is full)
Lets be very clear, this car is rough.. very rough. but it is salvagable. It could be brought back to life.
I bought it/them for parts, but early Z's arent THAT easy to find anymore.

If your serious, send, (pm?) me yer E-mail addy. and I will send what I have.
The pics are not to showcase any one part of the car, they were simply the pics I took the day I bought the pair.

Shipping is approximatly 1.5-2 G Depending on Carrier/Method.....according to some sources here.... Alternate, Truck/Trailer= $800(ish) for fuel. Thats Canadian... hauling a 5 thousand pound Sunliner. US Gallons work out cheaper. (I'm less than half a tank from US(wash)border) 110 miles? this Z is about 2 thousand pounds.1900-2100

Ya still want pics?..lol

Cool

lol.. no worries man. I kinda figured right from the start, that shipping to Cali was gonna be steep(ish)....
I guess it all comes down to,... how bad do you want a true "early" Z?
these are the lightest model you can get,. shy of 2000 pounds, without driver!! what a rocket!
this one is extra light. read that,.... RUST
Floors?, a write off. frame rails?,. about the same. Quarters are pretty ugly. rockers, so so. front fenders.. minimal rust near front edge. (think I'm gonna fix em and use em, instead of the "glass" ones I have.
The the hood is buckled slightly at the front (parking by Braille)
Seats.. Gone, stolen last winter..
Bumpers?.. they look great on my '72.. thanks for askin.

Everything that is rotten, can be bought aftermarket. which is why I picked it up in the first place. (that and the mint dash and Bumpers)

I could make a 20G car out of it, with 10 invested.
So,. you tell me,.. what are your skills?.. are you ready for a "full" resto project?

Drive up here,.. rent a U-haul trailer.. take it home.. $500 round trip.

lol.. no prob Man, it looks like I'm stuck with it, no Big deal. I was really trying to sell the dash anyway.
