Need help

Hi what are plenum spacers and are they safe i did some research and i am just confused can someone explain the benefit of having them or instaling them please thank you

do you mean throttle body spacers or intake spacers ?!?!?!
they both increase airflow which in any case would increase horses
and yes they are safe just might require some tuning
