My friend has a 2004 350, she was on her way to work in the morning, spun out and ran her car up on an embankment. Upon inspection she found her entire wheel came off, lug bolts broke off and everything! She obviously didn't loosen the lugs and the only maintenance she had done was an oil change by Nissan. Is there a reason they'd loosen the wheel? Has anyone else heard of anything like this?
