Turbo Oil Coolers
Hi all, I have a small question wonder if anyone can help.
IHave a Uk Spec 94 Turbo, and im making a custom wide arch kit, this has ducts on each side before the rear wheels, this will leave enough space for a smallish oil cooler.
Will running a seperate oil supply, with oil coolers (1 each) for the the turbos make any difference? The engine is currentley standard but will be getting modified in the next 6 months or so.
Thanks for any help.

I think so, but I would invest in a few guages first. Get a oil presure becouse the stock one just doesnt work that well. Also get a oil temp and get them on the car and working. This way you can see were the temp and pressure is on the stock system. Then add the new parts. I think that you will so a noticable change!

if you have a front mount intercooler, i would suggest adding an extra radiator, i am not sure which company makes it, you can do a yahoo search and find it, i did. the front mount ic takes alot of airflow off of the radiator, and the car could run hot. and the little side radiator fits in line on the drivers side where the stock ic goes. it looks alot like the oil cooler. if you put a radiator on one side, and an oil cooler on the other, i think it would look tight, and you would have good air flow over both to keep your engine running. don't know about you guys, but mine gets pretty hot on saturdays a little after midnight. lol. i need new back tires. i spin through first now, it's costing me prolly around a second. drifting is alot easier right now. but rain sucks. i'm out

Well If herd this from a lot of people! I did take a few precations though. I've got a bomex front end with a front opening that you can stand in. I also put an electric fan that moves 2900 cfm with adjustable thermostat and an overide switch. As of yet the temp hasn't gone above half! The hks front mount was made to fit on the car with the stock front facia but it works best with a after market one.
