HICAS is -HI-gh -C-apacity -A-ctive -S-teering. it is 4 wheel steering, and its VERY difficult to install. I would just say drop in the entine drivetrain... But thats just me

ok here we go,

Yes it fits the same, sort of.
Yes, the gears are different.
Yes and no, depends on whether you have a 2+2.
No, the differential is different, drag racers prefer the n/a, top speeders prefer the tt.
No, you don't want HICAS.
No, it won't affect your options, they were pretty much standard on all Z's.

On my previous statement, Yes the gears are different. Let me clarify before someone says I'm wrong.

The ratio of the gears are the same. Same gearing in both the n/a and tt transmissions. The difference is that the tt has reinforced gears. Beefier parts, syncros, and so on.
