Transmission fluid

Ok guys and gals, we've had the discussion about which motor oil is the best, but I haven't seen anything on tranny and diff fluids. What do you use? What's best? I've heard Redline is very good, but is it worth paying for it? I have a 5 speed, but please post for auto so they'll have the knowledge also. It's about time to replace my fluids, so that's why I'm asking.

Cheers-

I just changed both tranny (5 spd.) and diff, with AMSOIL 75w90 / with API rating of GL-2 to GL-5. The GL-5 is needed for the limited slip diff. Everyone raves about how much better Amsoil is over Redline, and Redline is good. Haven't drove my Z yet with new fluid yet. They say you can notice a differance in the shift. We'll see tomorrow. The only draw back is, Amsoil is hard to find. Auto I don't know, never owned one.
