Tail lights stay on!!

My tail lights are stuck on whenever the car is in drive or park with no keys in it. I have to remove the fuse to turn off the tail lights..I'm thinking it might be something with the relay? Has anyone had this problem?

nope dude i haventhd thisproblem.. in any of my 2 300zx's sounds like a relay forsure..

Is it the taillights or the brakelights. Check the pedal assembly. Look where the brake light switch contacts the brake pedal. The stopper is most likely missing or broke which would cause the brake lights to stay on at all times. Even with the car shut off.

this just happened to me, it's my brakelights. Haven't got a chance to look for the problem yet if anyone has any ideas
