T3 turbo swap

I putting t3 turbo on my 300zxtt.I wanting know if this will work if anyone knows.Well I going cut off the the flange off my exhaust manifold to fit my t3 turbo I got.And put t3 flanges in place.This sure work right?

You'd prolly have better luck with aftermarket tubular headers, and putting the T3 flange on them. Welding a steel plate to a cast iron header might not work very well or last very long.
