TT swap

But more seriously, intake might be your best value at this point. I've heard people bash the stock filter box pretty consistently.

JWT pop charger, I wouldn't bother with headers. TBH I wouldn't worry about trying to make power with an N/A, would be more interested in making the car/interior look nicer.

Looks pretty basic, from what I've read, its a tight squeeze getting a wrench on a few nuts, here's a write up on how to

Does anyone here have any experience with this short shifter? How does it feel compared to stock?

I believe I have this short shifter...however I bought the car with it already installed so I can't compare with what it was like before. It's pretty nice other than 5th gear. It could just be me since I'm new to the car, but 4th to 5th doesn't seem so "short." Also sometimes when your coasting to a stop with the clutch IN, 1st doesn't slide in, you have to wait for the car to pretty much stop. But again, I don't know how old this one might be or if it was installed correctly. Overall its a very nice shift.

Cool. The 1st gear issue seems to be with all cars, my friend tells me it has to do with the syncros. Basically they don't want you accidentally shifting into first when you really shouldn't, so they make it exaggeratedly difficult to switch into 1st while moving. If you're patient though and keep a little pressure on the shifter going into first, you can slide right into it when the time's right (without being practically stopped).
