I have been dealing with issues for a year with my TPS. At the moment I am having an issue where if I hold at a steady speed (or set cruise control) the car wants to surge or cut out, just momentarily, it will stay at speed but just cut in and out almost like a fuel cut or something. Really annoying when going downhill, or in traffic trying to hold the speed limit and it sounds like I'm trying to pick a race or something, jumping back and forth but not changing speed. Idle is good and the auto transmission shifts smooth as long as I let off the gas to do so. Now if I unplug the TPS (the gray oval) it doesn't have the jumpy throttle issue at anytime. I have everything on the TPS in spec as well a the hard idle switch. Any ideas? I don't have Conzult so I voltmeter everything. I have the manual and have searched more forums than my eyes can take anymore. Hoping some of the experts here can help me out.
