Speaker Bracket construction
Does anyone have step by step instructions on how to construct speaker brackets to replace the crappy bose units or know of any websites that have template dimensions? Also, can i use the stock wiring and harness for the speakers if i also replace the head unit? Thanks.

Nissan does sell speaker brackets that would fit in the doors. You could try those. Or if you insist on building your own, why not use the Bose enclosure as a template. Just take it apart and use the back part as the template. Just trace the outline and where the holes are onto whatever you plan on making the baffle out of, be it wood, plastic, metal, or other.
