Screeching Belt or bearing? Need help (Video)

Hey guys i have a 91 N/A it just started to make this noise the other day it started out just a very sleight chirping noise then got louder to what it is now i haven't drove it in 2 days i have tighten the alternator belt which is the one thats making the noise and it did nothing. when i spray this belt stuff on it it stops immediately then comes back after a few seconds.. so idk if i should replace the belt or if its not the belt also been told it could be the pully idk. here is a video of the noise i can take more if needed thanks.

for what belts cost just replace em. use factory belts they seem to be higher quality than aftermarket.

Cheap belts are harder and dont realy deform when they contact the pulley. FSM has the belt tightening procedure, it's supposed to be alot tighter then most think.

when you had your alternator belt off did you check the bearings on the alternator pully, i had to replace my alternator because the pully bearings wore out not sure if thats your problem, but it definitely happens
