After coming to a stop the RPM's drop to zero and bounce back up to idle speed. What would cause this? No error codes. Can this be a vacuum problem?

It is like the engine begins to stall but it catches itself.

 

Sorry guys. I found the answer on this forum. Turns out it can be many things. I will start to troubleshoot to see were I am at.
