Stock NGK plugs only...PFR5B-11B if you're stock. If you go to Stage 3 or above, you can go one heat range colder to PFR6B-11B. Make sure you get those EXACT part numbers. Toyo Proxes T1S's are great. I have them in 255/40/17 on my front AVS wheels and am looking to get a set for the rear. They stick well and have an aggressive tread pattern. As far as the exhaust, B&B is the best in my opinion, but you pay for it (over $1000). Stillen's is nice for around $950. Other good exhausts would be HKS Turbo or JWT Genie for around $750-$850 depending upon where you shop.

Tires - If it rains where you are at go for the Potenza S-03, expensive but the wet/dry traction is very very good..
Plugs, see above post..
Exhause - None of the named aftermarket systems are cheap, start at about 700 up to 1200.
The Z is not a cheap car to maintain or upgrade.
