Well i just talked to some people at UltimateZ and Z1 and what they told me is to do a boost leak test, i really dont think that may be the problem and the guy at UltimateZ said that its the cold temperature sensor or something i couldnt hear him clearly he said to check the connector, i was thinking it might be a sensor problem also because when its cold its perfectly fine but as soon as the engine starts to warm up it runs rich and then the black smoke comes.

My first thought was temp sensor too. When you start up cold, it's set to run rich.
One other important thing to check is your coolant level. if it's low the warm coolant doesn't touch the sensor. Did you cycle your heater controls as you're filling it?
