Will the z32 n/a lower intake manifolds work on tt?

yes, but be careful what year the n/a plenum is from. i believe they changed to the late style injectors in 93.

2nd. The lower plenum on the early models was machined slightly different than the lower plenum on the Zs with the revised injectors (93 for NA, 94 for TT IIRC).
