Which one should I chose? Please help!
Hey guys. I am very colse to get my dream Z. I am looking two cars on eBay and will decide one of them next Mon.. One car is 90 2+2 auto with cloth, 118000 miles for $6100. The guys said it has rebuilt engine, trans, and brand new paint job.My concern is 12yrs old car so even though ha said it has rebuilt engine and trans, I worry about any other possible maint. or any problem due to age. If you have that year car, your experience would be appreciate.
You can it find it at

Second candidate is 93 Couple, Dark red, auto with 109900 asking $7000.You can find it at
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1856475965
Car is lookes OK to me but because he is a dealer and don't know about any maintanence history but said some trans. job has been done.
I am on very tight budget right now and don't want to buy a car that will cause me $ after $.
Should I buy 90 2+2 for his new maintanence or buy 93 with littel less miles? Any comment from you guys would be appreceiated cause you guys are good.!
Thanks in advance.

I would go with the 93. The early years had kinks in them that had to be worked out. They were almost all ironed out by the time the 93 come into production. Plus the first one sounds like a slavage, or really bad accident. Check carfax if you havent already, but I would go with the 93. I give the same advice to everyone...this isn't really a car for someone with a "tight" budget relatively speaking. No matter which you buy you will be getting an older car. Be ready for things to break in whichever one you buy. You don't want to bind yourself up financially and not have money to fix the inevitable problems that are going to spring up. Other than that, have fun in whichever one you buy!
