injector adapters = flooding right side?

So I did the injector adapter kit from czp? And the right side of the motor (passenger) floods everytime i go to start it locking up the motor.

Everything is tight, hoses are fresh, injectors ohmed out right.

What are the chances of one of the injectors staying open?

It doesn't seem to be flooding on the left side and didnt flood at all with the old style injectors.

Did you pinch an oring when installing them? Did you pressure test the fuel rails before putting it all back together.

The orings were all fine. I put them in the rail outside of the car, everything was carefully put together.

I did not pressure test the rail.

There are no outer leaks, nothing sprays out and there is no fuel smell either.

I'd say it's not likely... ohm test them - if any come back at 0 ohms, it's always open. If you think it's a mechanical "stuck open" (which I'd deem even less likely), you could remove the rail, leave the fuel lines attached, put the key in the "on" position and see if any start spraying.

It's easy to pinch an o-ring, though...

They all ohm out at about 12.2 / 12.4, that wasnt ever an issue.

I had planned on pulling out the rail and turning the car on to see if anything squirts out. Its gotta be something stupid since the old injectors never gave me that kind of issue.

Ill tell ya what happened.

I put in a new injector, never really looking at it, just assuming that as a BRAND NEW injector in a completely sealed up bag, that it would have had an o ring in it.

After pulling the plenum and finding a topped off chamber of gas i pulled that injector, low and behold, the new injector didnt have an o ring.

I brought it to autozone, told them i bought it there and they surprisingly had no issue at all returning it for a new one WITH the o ring, first time ive ever left completely satisfied from an auto store. I thing i got it from pep boys almost two years ago.
