Well your gonna need more than just the 5 speed trans to make it a five speed. Honestly, hoov100 is right, your going to spend just as much in your conversion if not more than it would cost you to sell your n/a and buy a TT...Much easier, but if you want the experience, go for it..

If you want to convert, get a good clean vg30 block, have a machine shop clean it and go through it and make everything within factory specs, then get a set of standard TT pistons and rods, get a new TT oil pump, all new hardware, all new gaskets, get a set of 40p TT heads, have the machine shop go through the heads and have them do the crank as well, All new timing components, new bearings (clevite 77 or OEM) Get a new set of rings (total seal or OEM) and put on the TT oil tree, pull the check valves and plugs from oil galleys, have the machine shop surface the manifolds, get a set of rebuilt turbos and new oil/water lines, get a set of downpipes and exhaust, get a set of TT injectors, replace the wiring harness, get a TT ECU, get and run all of the intercooler piping, the recirc valves, install a TT radiator, install a TT fuel pump and fuel pump controller, install a boost gauge, replace the o2 sensors, get a boost controller...etc Thats some of what's required to convert an NA to TT. Expect the car to be down 6 months minimum if you do it yourself.
