Electrical issue - rough running

Been lurking the forms a while, great info!

I have a 1990 z32 5 speed TT. It was a literal barn find. Anyway, pulled it out started it and it ran great. (Changed all fluids)
Fast forward a Couple months and I was driving down the highway hit a bump (very mild) and the car all the sudden quit. It's been in the shop since.

The car went in with no spark and no fuel. We have since changed :

1. New ECU from z fever - no lights on old ecu, bad
2. New ptu with new corrosion free connections
3. Bypassed the fpcu
4. Checked all wiring and grounds.

Right now the only way to get the car started is to manually (switch activated) ground the fuel pump relay. This causes the fuel pump to run constantly. When it does run its its extremely rich and terrible.

If you cut off the switch (unground) it will idle only, if the gas is applied it dies. BUT it idles smoother just still elevated. It will not start without the switch to on (grounded)

The fuel pressure relay is reading two constant hots however., Regardless of key position.

I'm stuck at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
