E-Test and T-Belt2

Its that time again.
Plugs... The NGK site sz that a PFR5B-11 is right for our Z's. Many threads call for and say that the "6" is std. Ibelieve that the 5 is hotter than the 6, whats the scoop? Also, Ive had the NGK Iridiums in for over a year and they work great any opinions?
T-Belt..... Ive met up with a Nissan dlr, seem to be Ok folks and have given a decent quote on the changeover. I belive that the idler pulleys as well as the tensioner and w-pump should be changed. Those parts will be close to $800CDN.
While chasing down plugs at my fav jobbers, I mentioned that we were getting it done and he said he could get the parts for me, his cost $351CDN. All parts are new, not re-man and come from familiar mfg's. Damn, what to do
Has anyone gone with aftermarket parts? Opinions please.
Cheers

If you are stage 3 or higher, then the 6's are recommended.

Courtesy parts sells a timing belt kit that comes with everything you need.
