do i need fuel damper with walbro pump?
 
just did search for walbro and there's not kit for z31's. didn't even see a kit for z32's. if i have to modify,do i need the fuel damper?

I'd say yes...
 
The fuel damper (passenger side) is essentially a buffer to soften the pressure waves produced by the fuel pump [it damps these impulses], allowing a smoother, more consistent fuel pressure feed into the rail.

The fuel pressure regulator (driver side) sits at the exit end of the fuel rail and maintains the actual fuel pressure level in the rail by regulating the flow rate of fuel returning to the tank. Faster flow = less pressure, and vice-versa.
