Difference between manual and auto TT turbos?

Hello all!!!! First of thanks for letting me join this forum! Got a feeling I'm going to be asking for advice on occasion! Anyways here is my situation:

I bought a 1991 300zxTT with leaky turbos. I have a used pair of turbos with 50k on them with no shaft play and in excellent shape. My question is, since my TT is auto will manual turbos work on my car? If they will work, what difference will I be able to tell if any? I was reading they are different, but If they will work I would like to purchase and install. Thanks so much in advance!!!

The turbos are pretty much the same thing, except the housings. The auto cars have .48 a/r and the 5 speeds have .63 a/r. They are swappable with no problems, just the 5 speed ones have slightly more lag, but since you can manually dictate how high the RPMs go, the 5 speed cars got bigger housings for more top end breathing. The auto turbos on a 5 speed will just spool faster but run out of breath faster.
