couple issues

so went and changed my spark plugs yesterday since it had not been done since i bought the car and ive been having an idle problem and figured id start there. first 3 spark plugs, no problems, old spark plugs were cheap autolites, big surprise there... took the balance tube off, no o rings between the tube and plenum on either side, and 1 bolt was stripped out... #4 spark plug was stripped out and would not loosen or tighten, just kept twisting and i could not get it out. im guessing these 2 issues are the source of my idle problem, but could these cause any other issues? im gonna order some o rings for the tube today, but what could i do about the spark plug?

if it's not touching the belt it's just a question of dust, but be sure it wont never touch it or chane it...

no, its not touching, and where its at and how the crack is, there rly isnt much of a gap for dust or anything to get in between, but of course im sure it could work its way down there eventually
