clutch parts

http://www.courtesyparts.com/32202-b...tml?cPath=882&

is this the pilot bushing that goes in the end of the crank and on the outside of the front tranny shaft? courtesy has some weird names for things. i can't find the diagram that that one came from.

another thing. courtesy only sells the clutch disk, and the pressure plate, separately, and they are super expensive. is there anywhere else that anyone could suggest to find a good quality kit, including the disk, pressure plate, and pilot bushing? i imagine that if i could find it all together, it may take a few dollars off the price.

It looks like a pilot bearing to me. I know that they sometimes will call them crankshaft bushings too.

it looks to me that courtsey has different disks and pressure plates for different pressure set ups if you want you could do like i did and just get a clutch from csk it comes with a pilot bushing throwout bushing and both the disk and pressure plate and a nifty little tool for aligning it all. for a dd i think that clutch is satisfactory

did you not look at any other vendors?

courtesy is usually more expensive than any other vendor, so i hardly ever bought anything from there

no i haven't done a lot of research at other vendors. my original intention was to stay OEM so that i wouldn't need to worry about premature crapping out. i'm thinking i might not go that way with the clutch though.
