They shouldn't need to be replaced if they're installed properly. The only thing that ever touches them is a rubber belt. I find it hard to believe it's your cam sprockets.

When was your t-belt last replaced. Maybe one of the idler pulleys, or the tensioner is going bad. That would be very bad news.

They should be replaced at 120k. They will fail over time.

Maybe it's the VTC springs under the caps on the ends of two of the cam sprockets? I don't know exactly what the symptoms of those going bad are, but I've heard that it can be a rattling. Add those to your 120k maintenance; you have to go in there anyway.

And what was your question about PCVs?

I found a guy that did his..then 10 km later or the next season he went and put adjustable ones in.. I was thinking about putting in the jun adjustable cam geasr but then u loose ur VTC and ull loose some low end power... So im getting these sprockets off this guy for 300 cdn for both.. New they are 695 a peice and 400 US a piece..

I have a video of the rattling it makes.. sounds horrible.. imwaiting for this stupid google video to approve it. Ill try and get it up here as soon as I can.
I just purchased the 120K kit from coz at ConceptZperformance so all that will be replaced as well.

I think i made a mistake if i was asking about PVC.
