cam seal

well i just started my car yesterday and it runs. no ticking noise anymore and i got the pressure fix (bearings). I started it up let it run. I clean everything engine bay ect motor not a ounce of oil or dirty took forever. and when it runs the cam seals are leaking. so today when i take my cams gear out this is what i see.

Someone ****ed this up big time , someone doesnt take pride in there work
