I am still looking at buying a TT, but the one I am looking at has an oil pressure gauge that is not working. Can this be replaced? Also the seller claims that condensation comes out of one of the tailpipes in the morning which he states is common in TT's when catalytic converter is bad. Does anyone know if this is truely the case? I don't know these things since this will be my first Z.

 

Is the Oil pressure guage messed up? or is there no oil pressure. If its just the guage or a sensor, I wouldnt worry, most of that can be replaced pretty easy.

Condensation, well water vapor is a by-product of all combustion reactions, so condensation wouldnt bother me that must either. Just be careful, maybe take it to your local Z-Shop and have them look it over, focusing on the problems that you have said. Good luck with your car, and hang in there, if its meant to be it will be.
