I found a Borla exhaust system just right in my price range, and considering getting it. but i was wondering if anyone here has it on their Z to see if its a good rated system, thanks.

Borla is a good name. They've been around for a long time. I haven't read anything on their Z32 exhaust systems, but as we've discussed in other threads, you won't noticed much difference from one aftermarket exhaust to the next. If you like how it looks and sounds, then go with it.

I noticed that you have a NA. Ours are notoriously loud with the B&B, Borla, and the like when used with the stock h-pipes. On the outside, you may need to have resonators put in your h-pipe, if you plan to retain any respect from your neighbors. On the inside, you might consider stuffing the rear interior trim panels with sound proofing insulation, else our cars set up an nasty resonance around 2800 RPM.

The only place that "try before you buy" seems to exists is at www.specialtyz.com. BTW, I'm still looking....
