Z32 Auto to Manual

I have a question, I'm still on the hunt for a Z32 TT and I've come across a few low mileage Z's for a resonable price but many of them are automatic. I see that I can get a manual tranny fairly cheap, I'm wondering what are the mechanical differences between the auto and the manual engine asside from the obvious transmission, clutch, flywheel, and ECU. I know from my hondas, you had to change out the cams from a manual if you swap a B16 from an auto car.

cams r different between auto and manual engines.
Don't forget that if you change from auto to manual that you'll hafta install the clutch pedal and all that goes with it. Clutch master cylinder, slave, booster and all the lines as well.
