ask him to test drive it and then take it to a mechanic or two and have them give it a once over to see what they think

In all honesty, that price is way too low unless it's salvaged. Go check it out, it could be an amazing deal or it could not be for real.

lazy and lack of concern? i didnt know i was getting graded, it wasnt all that bad anyways but why is it such a big deal? you totally blew the point of this thread like why do people read it and then leave a comment about grammer instead of some advice about what im curious....about? its soo pointless. Oh yeahand i think it was actually 150,000 on the body but it was still a rebuilt engine 40k ago with new upgraded turbos....once i actually sell my car and have some money ill be out scouting again for Z32TT's hopefully he still has it around so i can see it.

well, the problem is that you were giving excuses and claiming you have great grammar in a post that had bad grammar. You're not being graded, but we have to read it. If you want us to take your question seriously, you need to take some time so we don't have to decipher it. Anyway, like we said before, go check it out, what else do you want to know?

There is no "E" in Grammar...

Sounds suspicious and perhaps too good to be true. You know what they say about something that sounds too good to be true don't you?

I would say that I agree with 86ZMan, take it to a knowledgable mechaninc and have it checked out. If it's a "Salvage Title" you don't want any part of it.

Rod.

read my signature. sentences that are jumbledtogetherarehardtoread. and were i trying to defend my grammar, i would make an extra effort to ensure it was perfect.

as for the car, i would be wary of any car that was heavily modified. it tends to be a sign that they may have driven the car extremely hard, and you cant be sure if the mods were done right. i would be even more cautious with a heavily modded car that was a "great deal", as that usually means they are trying to unload a problem as quick as they can.

hey no worries i was not getting defensive about it i understand if its tuff to read like the start of this what i typed but that second thread i put up was fine, not perfect, and yeha im not to sure on what year.....i believe a 90 or 91 ....im gonna visit that guy again this weekedn get his and his buddies info and see if we could meet up then i wanna test drive it inspect it see whats up....plus drving other peoples cars is fun anyways, i cant loose. im pretty good at geting information out of people. like when i bought my current car the guy listed it as 5,200 and then i managed to get him to tell me he bought it a few months ago for 4,800 then his wife was poppin out a baby fast so i bought it for 3,900 and yeah...the best deal ever made. but ill definatly post what happens this weekend if i get to meet the guy. i should take pictures.
