Is there a big difference between the 4 bolt turbo and 5 bolt turbo Flange or gaskets???

im just wondering if anyone knows if there really is such a big difference, or if they just decided to add another bolt to the design. and im trying to find this out quick, cuz i need a custom exhaust and i need this to finish my car =/
