TT to NA rear suspension swap

TT to NA rear suspension swap
Hi everybody, I did some search and couldn't find the exact info I've been looking for, I'm willing to pay for the correct advice/instructions on detailed info about completely removing the HICAS which includes installing an NA rear subframe (which I just bought) I have the NA power steering pump, brackets etc to solve the power steering issue involved with this swap.
The part where I'm kind of clueless is with the NA subframe, I don't wanna start and then get stuck because I'm gonna need more parts so basically I'd like to know what needs to be removed and what's compatible with the TT subframe which will be out for good, if the TT diff is compatible with that subframe or if it's best to find an NA diff. This will be my weekend fun car, I don't care much about gas mileage, I'm gonna eventually tune the car in the near future, any help will be greatly appreciated and like I said, I'm willing to pay to someone who wants to walk me through it.

Do you know about the HICAS delete kits that are available? Why did you decide to do a full rear swap?
I do know the NA and TT diffs have different final gears, so swapping to NA will run your gears pretty short - more shifting and a slower top end speed, also would need to change the speed sensors. Not sure about how swappable everything is though.

I already have a Stillen HICAS delete bar installed that came on the car when I bought it, I'm having some power steering issues and want to take advantage of the weight reduction and have my engine bay less cluttered.
I'd like to know if I could keep my tt diff since I don't wanna spend tons of money on this car yet. Thanks for the input!

I found a PDF for the NA to TT swap by Z1, it explains all the parts, seems like the driveshaft and diff have different bolt patterns, if it's gonna be a pain in the *** I'm just gonna delete as much as I can, anyone that has any more helpful input?
