Oil coolers

How much more oil capacity will the larger oil coolers provide? I'm talking about the bolt on fit type coolers from Z1 or Stillen, not a custom cooler. I'm guessing maybe 1/2 quart or so. What do you think?

For a TT, I don't think the oil capacity is that much more since the larger coolers use the stock hoses. Maybe an extra half quart is stretching it a bit, but the extra oil won't hurt.
The na cooler kits because of the addition of a cooler and the lines, a full extra quart is a possiblity.

Nismo or Stillen seem to be the most popular. Best bang for the buck, so to speak, is up to you and how cheap you can get it for.

A TT cooler is gonna be the cheapest if you can find it at a junkyard or some place like that. Possibly off of your buddies TT.

Z1 sells Stillen merchandise. That's why it's the same and they can sell it for slightly less.

If that's true; which I don't doubt, then they are renaming it also. They don't sell it as the Stillen oil cooler. It's the Z1 custom TT oil cooler. Sounds much better huh?

and they are selling it for less than Stillen, which kinda doesn't make too much sense....if stillen lowered their prices they would get much more business

Most of the stuff they sell you can find for less elsewhere. You just have to look for it. I've learned the hard way.
