hey u mightve remembered my last post a week ago or so about the N/A to TT thing...anywho i decided to go on a new path and i dotn know if this is the right thread to post this on but meh y not its technical if you ask me. any who i just bought a motor cycle, crazy stuff involving that and how i got it, good price though. and any ways while being in school i dotn have time to do major mods on my N/A 300zx....so i was planning on restoring the exterior to being immaculte (touching up paint and minor minor dents profesionally) so the body is flawless cause the interior already is. then i want to sell it and get an OBD1 90-95 300zx TT that can have like some body damage or soemthign that you know people get turned off by and are like no i cant deal with that so it sells for less cause i can like rock on body work i just painted a 75 280zx in my garage looks awsome. anyways thats what i wanted to do so i was wondering if thats a good idea and also how much would a 1990 300zx with an amazing body and interior wiht new clutch and tranny full power driver seat mirror heater C/D player all new belts on the engine 17 inch crome rims with new bridgestone potenza SO-3's would go for taking in like the zalue and crap cuase like kelly blue book is gay and doesnt understand the concept of collecters value, go figure. or if anyone wants and awsome 300zx for their TT 300 im open to suggestions. thanks guys....sorry about the length of this

 

need more info, title? miles? That's a big one, stuff like that. A good strategy is to check out other cars taht are for sale. Find a few comparable to yours and see what they're asking and what they're actually getting.

problems/
there is a fuel leak somewhere up by the headers
1 small tear in the drivers seat
needs new shocks installed, new rubber boots and bushings
theres some glue on the grille that i couldnt get off, and a little bit on the bumper
might need new engine/tranny mounts
drivers test pipe flange to catback is warped a little...it was fine when i first put it on
stock alarm goes off by itself sometimes
will need new door/t-top mouldings

If you want a cheap Z32TT to start with, you can buy my wrecked TT. I'm near Chicago and I only want $925 for the rolling chassis as is (no engine, trans, ecu, etc etc). But for $925 with a pretty decent body (no fascia, dented up hood and fender [maybe]) you can get a Twin Turbo engine, ECU, trans, and everything else you need and have this TT running for hardly any money compared to buying an already running TT.

if I had more money, storage, and time, I'd just rebuild the damn thing! In fact, I was going to until I came across the black one that I have now (such a great deal I couldn't pass it up). Even after I bought the black car, when I still had a job I was going to turn the red car into a pure track car. Then the company I worked for went out of business and I decided I had to get rid of it.

Zlover$Life...sounds like a good offer but between my juob and highschool......i have no time to work on a car, but that is a hell of a deal. im more looking for a Z32TT that is in pretty good running order, or if like the ECU is just missing cuase i would replacce that anyways. but i think im gonna seel my car for like, im gonna list it at 8000 obo, hopin for 7000...cuase im gonna paint it this winter when dust and dirt is minimal, and theres like no dents in the car....just little blemishes that the light picks up sometimes....god damn those, its got 145k on it new oem clutch 17x8's i think all around chrome with bridgestone potenza SO-3's that are new.....expensive *** tires, tinted windows its all power sept the passenger seat.....intake exhaust.....its in perfect order sept mabye soem old looking bushings under the car.....new speakers allaround with a kenwood excelon head unit.....i dotn know what else there is to list, 5spd, oh yeah now im putting a new front end on a Greddy style and repaintin the whole car, same color though cuase of the engine bay and what not and its an amzing red anyways.......i think it could be worth 7000 no? if anyone knows of any Z32tt in good runing order forsale near them in that 7000 price range (anywear in the US) or would trade post that here. cause im interested. or if you want to by my car perhaps?

 

how did the hood get beat up if all you did was go over a median?
