New hard pipes, but a few questions/problems rose
Hello Fellow Z Owners,
Im not sure if I have updated you guys, but I bought a 1990 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo.
very happy with it. then i came up with updating it with polished hard pipes. It was a mission well accomplished, but i noticed that the pipe on the far right (thin one) gave me a hard time. Seems like it wasn't a perfect fit (about 99% fitted on right). Does it matter too much if it wasn't fitted all the way in? Its been bugging me since i installed it.
Next is the radiator. I drove it around and took it on the fwy. then when i popped the hood open i noticed that there was a little bit of radiator fluid around. I made sure the cap was sealed right, but even then it was flowing out. (note: the radiator cap is almost brand new) Is it because of (maybe) a hard pipe isn't properly fitted and because of that, the air pressure isnt flowing through properly?
thanks again for all your help.

The cap may be new but the rad might be damaged where the cap fits. Mine was spewing because of damage to the plastic on the rad from people trying to force the cap on improperly. Replaced the rad (it had other problems too) and careful putting on the cap, no problems yet!
