I just got my 1992 300zx n\a auto. I am 17 years old and i want to get it up to 350 atleast or as much as i can get till i am older and can afford an engine swap and a tranny swap to a 5 speed twin turbo. i was wondering if you guys can help me out in completeing this. I also want to restore it a little it's in great condition with a few things wrong but it's just the front bumber from her hitting the curbs. thats it. looking forward to any replies thanks.

 

Welcome to the Z family...It's gonna be real hard to get a non-turbo Z to 350 HP without NOS...Best mods to start out with are Stillen Hi-Flow Intake or Jim Wolf POP Charger, exhaust, and ECU. There is a big debate whether or not headers are worth the money and time...Enjoy your new Z and welcome.

 

Thanks, i've always wanted a z car. i really wanted a twin turbo but my dad had to have his 2 cents in it to but im glad i got a z instead of another car i love it.

 

i think it's worth it,on the highway(high rpm) it make a big different,it will pull very hard from 75-80 mph all the way,but the installation is best do it with the moter outside,or its going be a pain in the a$$.
