Just bought a 300Z and having one issue that can't seem to get resolved. The cooling fan keeps running and never turns off. Figure that it's ok for now but just don't want to be replacing fans and motors in the future. Any suggestion on where to start looking. Thanks!

I've cut back on forum visits. I've been trying to win back the ex, and part of the reason we split is because I spent so much of my time on the forums instead of paying attention to her. But I see that I can't leave for too long... when I do, you guys get new [unintelligent] members to replace me, what with the "I want a 6-speed in my 300ZX" bs. =p

check the 2 sensors on your upper water pipe on the motor. good chance if one is bad, or there is a bad connection, that this is the cause. also, turn your key forward and look at red light on ecu, is it on? then start car, did it turn off? if it does not turn off while engine is running, then your ECU/ EPROM is the culprit, as a misfunctioning ECU has caused my electric fans to run non stop.
