Former "Z" owner here looking to get back into one. I was wondering what would a typical good condition twin turbo would go for nowadays.

It's been a while since I've owned one (roughly 20 years)... how have these cars held up over time?

What should I look for when trying to find a car?

 

Depending on condition, I have seen them from 5K in fair condition up to about 17K for what he refereed to as "Show quality", a nice running driving car should be 7k, but that really depends on where you are. having said that, if you can find a nice car, and its 1200 miles away, fly there and drive it home ! 300$ plane ticket can save you a mint and get you a much nicer car. found one locally, 3500$ looks fairly nice, Has some custom parts.

The TTs can be pricey, the 2 + 2s seem much cheaper, and easier to find.
