Hey guys I currently have a 1988 300zx and I was looking at a 92 300zx for my girlfriend. Anyway The body is in great condition although the paint is starting to fade, I havent driven it yet so I dont know how well it rides and if the engine is overly loud or not but one thing that concerns me is the mileage. It has 120,000 on it. I have heard that these engines are extremely reliable especially being a non turbo automatic. It has an almost flawless interior with the exception of a hole in the dash where an equalizer used to be. It has aftermarket wheels newer tires a pioneer cd player and an all leather interior. The only real problem I could see with the car without driving it was on the front. The bottom of the front end was cracked almost like the guy ran into a high curb or something. But all that really needs is some fiberglass and some paint. What it boils down to is that I got the guy down to $8000 for the car...is this worth it and if so what type of life are we looking at for the engine how long will the engine last being it already has 120,000 miles on it.
