I am new here and i searched for it but i could't find answer to my question!

Maybe i am not looking hard enough, I have 91TT and i am going to have

Keyless entry installed. My question is , the remotes for newer model nissans

are they compatible with the viper alarm and security system?

I like to keep the originality and would like to have nissan's remote for the

keyless system. i dont know if that would work or not!

If my understanding of how the system works is correct (and it usually is), absolutely not. Different brands use different signals... the Nissan FOB would not be able to replicate a Viper signal.

What's wrong with having the Viper FOB though? I have an aftermarket FOB... doesn't bother me at all.

 

It doesn't bother me its just i like keep things ORIGINAL. thats all.. I appreciate your input.

so get a nissan keyless entry case with the same button conifuration and take the viper guts out and put it in the nissan case....
