i finished my setup VG30DET into my car..

hello all..

i finished my setup VG30DET into my car..i spent soooo much $$$$

anyway.. i tried to install the Gauge for Air fuel Ratio.. and it's not working!! are there special kind of oxygen sensor to work with Gauge??!! or any kind of oxygen sensor will work well??!!

do you know if its a narrow band or wide band? did you hook up power ground and then to the right wires on the O2 sensor. and also, i wont truly believe you got it done taht fast till i see some pics!!!!

if its a narrowband A/F gauge, dont even bother with it

lol, under loads and wtih throttle... it will give some indication, but nothing to relevant to good tuning.

three weeks on my peoject and now in the forth week .. u think this is not enough time??!! we can finish it if we are free in 4 days..(the all project)

i don't know anything about oxygen sensors.. i will check what is mine..

Actually, under any load at all, a narrowband will show lean all the time. At constant speed, it'll fluctuate between "rich" and "lean" because its reading is from the O2 sensors which only give a "rich" or "lean" signal. And if your O2 sensors are in good condition, it'll fluctuate once per second. Again, there is no purpose for a narrowband air/fuel gauge.
