How do i know what oil weight to add to my transmission and rear diff?

How do i know what oil weight to add to my transmission and rear diff?
i have a 95' 300zx with 140k miles on everything. Can somebody please tell me what weight of tranny oil and gear oil to add to the car? I am planning on using redline performance oil...

It' in the factory service manual as well as your owners manual and the parts store selling it.
