How to connect NITROUS

hey guys what do i need to connect nitrouse on my 93 n/a. I only have the lines but i know I have to buy the bottle the NOS trigger and i dont know what else. I also heard something about retarding my timming, do i have to do that, and whats the most that i can spray safely. My car is stock except for a stillen intake and exhaust tips. I would appreciate the help thanks.

In my Opinion Do more 1st

In my opinion, i would say that ya get more upgrades if ya tryin to just build all motor then do like sum cams fuel system and get sumthing for the voletage deal and get ya a actual exhuast and then think bout nos, if not then wat kinda system ya gonna run fogger, wet, or direct

If you're going to go with nos then get a kit. Dont piece it together yourself if you've never done this before. You can get a universal 6 cylinder kit. It wont be specific to your car but atleast it will have everything you need. There may even be kit specifically for your car. I haven't looked into it, so I dont know. If you insist on putting it together yourself then check out what comes in the kits that manufacturers sell and you'll be able to see what all you need. But I highly recommend a kit.

If you don't know how to connect it, nitrous is one modification that you, sir, do not need to install. If you feel it is absolutely necessary to have nitrous, have someone else install it, because you're risking too much with a lack of knowledge.


And by the way, bottles are for babies... real men get blown.
