there was a guy named brad in my club that would pull numbers like that. His NA was fully built and running a lot of nitrous. It decently kept up with my Stage III TT. He now has a fully built TT, but it might be his old NA. Was it blue by any chance?

yeah cool... but sooo much money... you would be much better off buyin the TT..... nitrous isnt exactly a very stable upgrade to be pooring in for all the power

i have a good old friend that owns a machine shop, so machine work is not a problem, i have a porting bench in my backyard and another one of my freinds has a flow bench, so flow testing isnt that big of a deal, i also have the hookup with comp cams, so i can get custom ground cams for retail...i figure i could build a decent 300HP NA motor for about $4k..

plus you could take all those tools and connections and put them in the TT and get amazing results...

Then again it is nice to kick some *** in a N/A without a turbo. People get too cocky about turbos sometimes.
EDIT: then again I have never owned one... yet

ummmm, no. You're have to wait for a while and get lucky to get a decent TT for around $8K. $6K is a straight up lemon.

not necessarily.... depends on where you at also. location influences price. its all aboot population and weather. and i actually found a really well built TT with 450whp and still room for tuning in perfect condition right out my back door for 10k. so anything is possible.

well with nitrous i'm not that impressed. it's not uncommon to see a na on nitrous to pull 12's and 13's...

now whats impressivei s dan(pa) pulling 13's with his all motor (no nitrous) NA.....

i would also like to see someone make a 300hp n/a with $4000

you have a TT that has been n/a'd if you want a fast Z, put the TT engine back in. you can get a TT engine back in there for less than $6000

arent front clips like 3 grand? from a TT.. plus should have all the TT **** in it.. so all you would need is a motor... even cheaper.... you can get a nice Z1 long block maybe even
