Headlight level adjustment...

How can I move my projectors up more. I dont like the driver being lower then the passenger side and I want to raise them both to shoot out a little farther. I Have no clue how so if you have a link to a DIY please hyperlink it or let me know.

P.S.- If anyone knows anything about our cruise control systems please read my other post I got nothing to work with.

The headlights are aimed as they are so that they do not blind oncoming traffic.

I only want to raise the pass side up a little bit and then the driver to match it. I thought the lights were like that to see pedestrians better or so I was told something of that nature.
